With over 17 years of legal practice, Shruthi K Sambamurthy is a seasoned attorney specializing in general corporate law, contract negotiation, intellectual property rights, media and entertainment and complex litigation and arbitration matters. She has a proven track record of successfully advising clients across various industries, from start-ups to established corporations, on a wide range of legal issues.
Having actively worked in multiple Tier 1 law firms over the years she has worked closely with multiple automotive organizations such as Ashok Leyland and Tata motors and has assisted them effectively in protecting their interest in various legal matters in India and overseas.
Her expertise include drafting and negotiating contracts tailored to protect client interests and ensure enforceability, Strategic management of trademarks, patents, copyrights, and trade secrets. She has extensive experience representing clients in district and high courts, as well as in arbitration proceedings.
Besides being a Mechanical Engineer, Mr. Ravi Shrivastava also has a PGDBA from Annamalai University. In addition to the above, Mr. Shrivastava has represented Advanced Composites Mission (Government of India) as lead industry partner in an international engineering exposition at Caracas, Venezuela and also represented Plexconcil (Sponsored by Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Government of India) as lead industry partner in an international exposition on transportation systems at Metz, France.
Mr. Shrivastava possesses extensive experience in excess of three decades in the Composites industry having held several senior positions, including his last position of Chief Operating Officer (Rail Division) in Kineco Ltd., a leading manufacturer of Composites products with whom he was associated for 20 years. Mr. Shrivastava has expertise in following areas of Business Management:

- Product Development & Project Management
Mr. Shrivastava’s considerable professional hands-on experience would be of immense value to MG Composites and in turn to MG Group to scale to new heights and achieve the goals as envisaged by us.
Besides being a B.Tech in Electronics & Telecommunications, Mr. Kirankumar has also successfully completed the lead courses of Junior Associate of Indian Institute of Banker (JAIIB) and Certified Associate of Indian Institute of Banker (CAIIB) conducted by the Indian Institute of Banking and Finance.
Mr. Kirankumar was a qualified Banker with SBI in the cadre of Chief Manager having served the banking industry for more than 13 years with varied exposures and capabilities in Project Management, Procurement, Business Analysis, SME/ Core/Retail Banking etc.
In addition to the above, Mr.Kirankumar was also employed with Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation for 5 years as Depot Manager.
His multi-faceted experience and capabilities are very valuable and of immense advantage to MG Group in areas of finance and administration.
